We've designed our legal structure to protect farm assets and ensure sustainable management. It consists of two entities: the My Little Farm Streat Trust and My Little Farm Streat Enterprise Ltd, securing the land and assets while supporting long-term success.

1. My Little Farm Streat Trust: Ownership of Farmland and Assets

The My Little Farm Streat Trust will be established to own and manage the farmland and all associated physical assets of My Little Farm Streat. This trust is designed to safeguard these valuable resources, ensuring their protection for the benefit of all beneficiaries. By holding the land and assets within a trust, we can guarantee their long-term preservation and align them with the community-focused mission of My Little Farm.

2. My Little Farm Streat Enterprise Ltd: Separate Operational Management

The day-to-day operations of My Little Farm will be handled by a subsidiary company, My Little Farm Streat Enterprise Ltd. This company will manage all farming activities, from cultivation to harvest, and the distribution of our products. By separating operational management from asset ownership, we aim to reduce risks to the farm’s physical assets while ensuring that our farming practices are efficiently managed and aligned with our principals and values.

  • Your membership will remain valid as long as you are a Lifetime Member shareholder.

  • Yes. Our Lifetime Membership is designed to provide the utility of food security, whether the membership is being actively used or not.

    Secondly, since we have created a leasing mechanism where a shareholder can "lease" their membership to a non-shareholder on a monthly basis, there is a "passive income strategy" that exists here. In addition to the potential appreciation of the share price due to the scarcity and demand of the membership.

  • Yes, you can lease your membership on the secondary market for someone else to enjoy. You can process this yourself or via our membership platform.

  • Yes, all secondary sales include a fee of £75 to My Little Farm that is paid by the seller.

  • There will be a maximum number of memberships that will exist for each farm location and this won’t increase.

    There will be more Lifetime Membership spaces and shares released when additional farmland is purchased.

  • Yes. My Little Farm owns our farm outright. Each REAL FOOD Lifetime Membership is secured by 50m2 of our farmland.
